Norango is fully PCI compliant operating an "arms length" credit card capture system that ensures that card transactions are processed via a secure IVR breakout. Order information is taken in the normal fashion, address captured via PAF etc, the customer is then invited to enter their credit card details via the keypad of their telephone, which is immediately transmitted securely to your credit card provider.

Intelligent callflow scripting

Norango use sophisticated Callflow software to control customer interactions and provide consistent representation of your wishes. The software pivots on Callflow scripts that guide agents through customer interactions.
